Request storage and notifications

Requests are stored privately in FLOREX Lead Network. Our hosting, database and email providers help store requests and send a copy to the FLOREX owner inbox. A saved request is not a confirmed appointment.

Sharing with service providers

When appropriate to respond to your request, the information you submit may be shared with an independent local service provider. Submitting the form does not create a service contract or guarantee provider availability.

Technical information

Hosting, security, analytics or other infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to operate the site. Campaign tags may be kept in session storage for your browser tab so a request retains its source as you navigate. When enabled, website analytics use page and event information to help us understand site use. We do not intentionally send form contact details or free-text messages to analytics.

You do not have to submit the request form. For a dead animal already at the curb or on City right of way, you may choose to use the official Atlanta 311 service route instead.
