What we are

We publish practical guides for common situations such as a suspected carcass in a wall, attic or crawlspace, unexplained odor, and larger animals on private property. When a homeowner requests help, the information may be reviewed for possible connection with an independent local service provider.

What we are not

We are not the City of Atlanta, ATL311, Georgia DNR, Georgia DOT, a government agency, or a wildlife-control contractor. Our role is to publish information and review requests; independent providers are responsible for any removal work.

Why the public/private distinction matters

Atlanta already provides a public collection route for certain curb and right-of-way cases. Our local guide links to that official information directly. The private-service path is for problems where extraction, access or moving the carcass from private property is the actual obstacle.
